A unique Master Class where you can learn about Chablis Premier Cru and Grand Cru white wines.

Domaine Laroche is one of the famous and historic wine producers in Chablis. The heart of the estate is located in the village of Chablis, L’Obédiencerie, a former monastery dating back to the 9th century, in whose cellars the wines are still aged. The wine history of the place dates back to 867, when the canons of Saint-Martin de Tours settled in Chablis.

Domaine Laroche is above all a Chardonnay expert, whose style emphasizes the minerality, freshness and elegance characteristic of Chablis’ Kimmeridgian soil. The selection ranges from the classic Chablis Saint-Martin to Premier Cru vineyards such as Les Vaillons, Les Fourchaumes and Montée de Tonnerre, as well as prestigious Grand Cru wines such as Les Clos and Les Blanchots.

In this unique Master Class you will hear and learn about the wonderful Premier Cru and Grand Cru white wines of Burgundy and Laroche and learn and notice how much terroir affects the wine. You will taste the nobility of white wines, 3 Premier Cru and 2 Grand Cru wines, the last of which is the rare Domaine Laroche Les Clos Grand Cru from 2024, which the Domaine itself calls “The Queen of Chablis Grand Cru, renowned for its finesse”.
