In his Master Class Samuil Angelov will delve into the different styles of champagne and you will be able to taste an interesting example in each style. Samuil will also share his views on successful champagne and food pairing.This master class will give you a firm basic ABC of champagne.  Here you can also experiment with glasses’ effect on the taste of champagne.

Samuil Angelov is one of Finland's most successful sommeliers. In the past he has held a position at the celebrated Savoy Restaurant but is now the proud owner of for example restaurants Muru, Murun Viinibaari, Pastis and Villa Lilla. He has served as the Deputy Treasurer of Association de la Sommellerie Internationale since 2017.
