Jukka Sinivirta’s Champagne School is here. In his class, Sinivirta approaches the Champagne region and its divine drink from multiple perspectives. Together with you, he explores the characteristics and differences between small growers and larger houses, explains how quality is created and why it matters, unpacks what terroir really means, guides you through tasting techniques, answers even the toughest questions, and pours to you his all-time favourites as well as his most exciting recent discoveries.

In addition to the joy of learning and Jukka’s favourite Champagnes, this masterclass also includes a textbook: the  great Samppanja-aapinen, published last autumn (RRP €31.90), personally signed by the author. This school is strictly 18+, and no one is looking for a graduation—everyone wants to stay in the class!
