Founded in 2019, Champagne EPC represents a contemporary rethinking of what Champagne can be today. Created by Camille Jullien, Édouard Roy and Jérôme Queige, EPC—short for Champagne des EPiCuriens—was born from the desire to break traditional codes while remaining deeply respectful of Champagne’s terroirs, growers and savoir-faire.

Rather than owning vineyards, EPC has pioneered a unique partnership model built on close, long-term collaboration with independent winegrowers. Each cuvée is crafted from a specific terroir, allowing its individuality to shine. This grower-centric approach places transparency, authenticity and origin at the very heart of the project. In this masterclass, led by export manager Thibault Lopin, we will explore the EPiCurean vision through a curated tasting of EPC’s range that resonates strongly with today’s increasingly curious and conscious wine drinkers.

Thibault Lopin is the Export Director for Europe at Champagne EPC, overseeing the UK as well as Northern Europe, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe. He is responsible for driving the brand’s commercial performance, visibility, and market activation across these regions. With a long-standing passion for wine and spirits, Thibault pursued specialized training in the field, completing the Master International Business Wine & Spirit at INSEEC in Bordeaux after his business studies in Paris.
