Firmly rooted in this terroir, the family-owned House of Drappier has long been one of the region’s most influential ambassadors, with Pinot Noir at the very heart of its identity. Distinctively, Drappier is among the few Champagne Houses to craft rosé using the saignée, or bleeding, method.

This tasting, led in Finnish by Robin Salmi—whose intimate knowledge of the house is second to none—offers a deep dive into the remarkable intensity, depth of colour, and aromatic richness that Pinot Noir achieves in Drappier’s skilled hands. Along the way, you will hear the unique story behind each bottle as you explore the diverse expressions of rosé. The tasting culminates with Grande Sendrée Rosé, the ultimate expression of Drappier’s rosé style. It showcases the exceptional terroir of the historic Grande Sendrée parcel, a vineyard of profound significance owned by the Drappier family.
