Guillaume and Pauline Bonvalet created their Champagne House from scratch, with no vineyard and no capital. In this masterclass, Guillaume will tell us about this adventure that defined the DNA of their House and their wines. “We define our House through our wines. Each of them represents a name that resonates with our adventure, a value we hold dear and a symbol that makes up the coat of arms of our House”, Guillaume states. He will present us these five wines, letting us on a journey through the enticing Bonvalet  story while tasting the wines.

Soon after Guillaume Bonvalet arrived in Reims he became obsessed with creating his own champagne label. Over the years, he worked at major Champagne Houses in sales positions where he learned the secrets of wine making and tasting. In 2012, Guillaume finally launched his own brand in partnership with his wife Pauline. Today, Guillaume Bonvalet is the president of DéméTerre Wines & Spirits, a group that owns Champagne Bonvalet and Distillerie Bonvalet. He has realised his dream, working every day as a winemaker and distiller.
